Phase 1 has 26 Coosa Creek lots, 16 Anderson Creek lots, and 83 inbound lots.

Due to the popularity of our cabin/lot combination idea we have decided to supply all lots with double hook up so our buyers will have the option of having both when they decide.
 
Phases 2 and 3 are approximately the same.
